Invenio Welcomes Marko Ilich as Counsel

Ilich joins the firm from a private equity-backed suite of litigation finance companies, where he served as General Counsel, leading the companies' legal department.

Invenio LLP is pleased to announce that Marko Ilich has joined the firm as Counsel. Marko is an experienced lawyer with a diverse legal career that bridges litigation and courtroom advocacy with practical in-house counsel work. He has leveraged his litigation experience into a business-oriented legal approach, combining the insight and prudence of a trial lawyer with the strategic perspective of a general counsel.

Prior to joining Invenio, Marko served as Associate General Counsel and then General Counsel at a group of private equity-backed litigation finance companies focused on law firm lending and consumer pre-settlement funding. Prior to his in-house roles, he practiced at a boutique law firm in Florida.
