  • Appointed interim Chief Operating Officer of a major national counsel law firm in mass torts, catastrophic injury, and commercial cases. Deployed team to provide support to key staff in finance, administration, human resources, and technology; and assisted firm principal with long term strategic planning.

  • Served as independent financial administrator of a large law firm portfolio investment, providing business and operations consulting, redesign of financial reporting, and ongoing portfolio assessment.
