Before joining Invenio, Brenna was a partner at K&L Gates, where she led complex patent disputes and counseling engagements across sectors including communications, consumer products, aerospace, and emerging technologies.

She has represented Fortune 500 companies and cutting-edge startups alike, guiding clients through patent portfolio development, enforcement campaigns, trademark enforcement, and sophisticated cross-border matters.
