Andrew Elkhoury brings to Invenio over a decade of legal experience serving as a commercial and bankruptcy litigator and trial attorney, business lawyer, and outside general counsel.

Throughout his career, Andrew has developed deep experience in complex commercial negotiations and disputes involving distressed assets and challenged borrowers, representing clients on both sides of complex financing transactions. His background spans the full lifecycle of troubled credit and asset situations—from early dispute assessment and litigation strategy to dispute resolution, bankruptcy proceedings, and value recovery. Andrew’s work with distressed borrowers, lenders, and creditors has given him keen insight into the legal and business dynamics that drive outcomes in high-stake, high-risk environments.

Andrew combines rigorous legal counsel with practical business judgment, helping clients navigate the intersection of law and regulation, transaction structures, financing, and risk allocation and assessment. He thrives in high-pressure situations where precision, judgment, and creative problem-solving drive the best outcomes.

In addition to serving clients with Invenio, Andrew is the founder and Principal of Elkhoury Law PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on outside general counsel and construction work. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and daughter, and is licensed to practice in Texas. In his free time, Andrew is a multi-instrumentalist music producer, DJ, and coffee afficionado.
