Brenna is a seasoned first chair trial lawyer, patent attorney, and intellectual property strategist with more than two decades of experience guiding technology companies through the protection, commercialization, and enforcement of their innovations.

Prior to joining Invenio, Brenna was a partner at K&L Gates, where she led high-stakes patent disputes and counseling engagements across industries including communications, consumer products, aerospace, and emerging technologies. She has represented both Fortune 500 companies and startups in matters ranging from portfolio development and enforcement campaigns to cross-border licensing and deal support. Recognized in Best Lawyers in America® since 2011, Brenna is widely regarded for her ability to pair trial experience with business-oriented judgment.

At Invenio, Brenna will focus on intellectual property litigation, strategic portfolio development, and the growing role of litigation finance in patent enforcement.
