Invenio Welcomes Estiven Rojo as Of Counsel

Rojo’s hire expands Invenio’s IP team and ability to support post-grant patent diligence and litigation finance underwriting for technology-driven clients and investors

Invenio LLP is pleased to announce that Estiven Rojo has joined the firm as Of Counsel, expanding Invenio’s IP team and its ability to support technology- and innovation-focused clients. Estiven supports post-grant patent diligence and litigation finance underwriting for technology-driven clients and investors, with a focus on software, fintech, blockchain/digital assets, and communications systems.

Building on the addition of partner Brenna Legaard last year, Estiven’s arrival expands Invenio’s ability to deliver integrated IP strategy across the full company lifecycle—from formation and early product development through scaling, financings, and strategic transactions. Working closely with Brenna and the broader Invenio team, his practice centers on working with existing patent assets—often issued patents or patents already at/near issuance—to evaluate claim scope, identify strengths and weaknesses, and inform enforcement, acquisition, underwriting, and portfolio-value strategy. Estiven also advises on technology transactions and IP-adjacent diligence, including commercial and product counseling in blockchain and digital-asset ecosystems.

Prior to joining Invenio, Estiven served as Chief Legal Officer for a Web3 gaming company, leading in-house legal across digital assets, fintech, Web3, IP, and payments, including partner deals, regulator touchpoints, and U.S./international risk.
