Drew Kelly is a trusted legal advisor and strategist to participants across the litigation finance and legal risk markets, with over a decade of experience guiding clients through complex transactions, fund formation, and regulatory compliance. In his role of Of Counsel to Invenio LLP, Drew focuses on litigation finance and investment advisory services, serving funders, claimants, law firms, and investors with practical, business-oriented solutions.

Drew represents clients involved in the monetization, financing, and insurance of legal claims, and has led the structuring of numerous litigation finance, private credit, and investment management transactions. He is a strong believer in efficiency, transparency, and modernizing how legal services are delivered.

Prior to joining Invenio, Drew spent over 13 years as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at pioneering litigation finance investment advisor Delta Capital Partners. At Delta, Drew oversaw the firm’s legal affairs, fund governance, structuring, and portfolio transactions, and helped scale the business from a startup to a global presence. Prior to joining Delta, he worked in private practice at two AmLaw 100 law firms.

Drew lives in Chicago with his wife and son, cat, and a few chickens, loves playing 70s rock on electric guitar, and has strong opinions about coffee and his favorite Chicago-based professional football team.
