Former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Delta Capital Partners Further Expands the Firm’s Bench of Former GCs

Drew brings more than 13 years of experience as General Counsel for leading litigation finance investment advisor Delta Capital Partners, deepening the firm’s unique bench of attorneys with firsthand, in-house expertise.

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Delta, Drew oversaw the firm’s legal affairs, fund governance, structuring, and portfolio transactions, and helped scale the business from a startup to a global presence. Prior to joining Delta, he worked in private practice at two AmLaw 100 law firms.

Drew is a trusted legal advisor and strategist to participants across the litigation finance and legal risk markets, with over a decade of experience guiding clients through complex transactions, fund formation, and regulatory compliance. At Invenio, Drew will focus on litigation finance and investment advisory services, serving funders, claimants, law firms, and investors with practical, business-oriented solutions.
